When you create an account, generate images, or otherwise interact with the Service, you may provide us with the following information:

Payment Information: Credit or debit card numbers, billing address, and other payment details (note: payment card data is processed and stored by our third-party payment processor(s) and is not stored on our servers);
Generation Information: Dish names, descriptions, style selections, prompts, and images you create or upload through the Service;
Communications: Information contained in messages you send to us, including customer support inquiries, feedback, and survey responses; and
User-Generated Content: Feedback or other content you submit through the Service.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Service, we automatically collect certain information, including:

Processing your image generation requests and delivering the results;

Tracking and administering your credit balance and purchase history;

4.1 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, image generation, data analytics, email delivery, hosting, customer support, and marketing. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4.2 With Payment Processors

When you purchase credits, we share the transaction information necessary for our payment processor to complete the purchase and to prevent fraud.

4.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:

Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
Enforce our Terms and Conditions or other agreements;
Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or

4.4 Business Transfers

Transaction records and account history may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for analytics and reporting purposes.

Clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any promotional email;

Please note that even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send you transactional and administrative communications related to your account.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Service with a new “Last Updated” date and, where required by law, by providing additional notice (such as via email or an in-app notification). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.
